Managing Conflict with Your Child’s Brain in Mind 
with Raj Dhasi 
If you can see a pattern of conflict developing between you and your child then this session is for you! This session focuses on conflict management strategies and skills that take into consideration the development of a child’s brain. The focus is on building your connection with your child while helping you set limits and support emphatic brain development. By understanding the development of your child’s brain you will gain a better understanding of why some conflicts occur and how to work smarter not harder to build a great relationship with your child.

Raj DhasiRaj Dhasi is a senior Conflict Resolution Consultant with Turning Point Resolutions Inc. Raj works with families, schools and organizations across Canada to resolve conflicts effectively. Raj provides services including mediation, communication coaching, conflict management training and climate assessments to help those in conflict remedy the situation and move forward productively.  In addition to her private practice Raj is a faculty member at the Justice Institute of B.C. She holds a M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Management and is currently studying Neuroscience. More importantly Raj is a mother bringing to you her own parenting experiences
